1、Nitrogen monitoring system：

1.1、2.3” LED Large screen digital display humidity/temperature.

1.2 、Humidity display value of 0.1％-99.9％RH，temperature display value of 0.1℃-60.0℃.

1.3 、Temperature and humidity collection adopts high-precision sensors, long-distance transmission without error.

1.4 、Humidity control：

1.4.1 It uses the humidity setting value to control the inflow of nitrogen. When the humidity setting value is reached, the intake air is stopped to save nitrogen consumption.

1.4.2 Humidity can be adjusted from 1% to 60% RH.

1.5、Temperature and humidity recording function:

1.5.1 Built-in memory can store temperature / humidity, collection time 1~240 minutes can be set by yourself.

1.5.2 It can be downloaded to the computer for reading using RS232 connection.

1.5.3 Design of product tube record format helps internal record tracking and supports database file formats.

1.6、Humidity alarm system:

1.6.1 The humidity value and condition of the start alarm can be set, and the buzzer (90 dB) and the flashing warning function are provided. 1.6.2 Additional layered warning lights can be selected.

1.7、Temperature and humidity offset correction function: built-in calibration function to ensure display accuracy.

3．Cabinet specification, size and equipment:

3.1 Left and right double opening, 3mm tempered glass, 1mm thick stainless steel plate, the door handles all adopt pressed handles to avoid dust particles generated by the friction between the switch door and the inner cabinet.

3.2 The cabinet is sealed with high adsorption force. The magnetic strip is sealed with the cabinet. The floor mats are used to support the wheels and adjust the height and floor mats.

3.3 Each piece can carry more than 80kg, and the cabinet is equipped with high-load wheels.

3.4 Upper airtight cover for easy maintenance and repair of FFU.

3.5 Return air circulation design, unidirectional nitrogen circulation does not produce turbulence.
